Steve helped us with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new townhome. He was very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward and helped guide us so that we were able to make our home look like a model and not a crazy house with 2 kids and a dog. There were quite a few hiccups from financing on our buyers side, which then led to problems on our side and as crazy as it got, Steve was on it for us.
